Important storage rules
Pricing & cross-day storage
Prices apply per item for each storage day during 09:00–19:00. Collection after 19:00 is unavailable. Pickup moves to the next business day and another storage-day charge applies.
Size & oversized items
Small: up to 45 × 35 × 20 cm. Medium & Large: up to 75 × 50 × 30 cm. Larger or unusually shaped items are Oversized.
Cancellation & changes
Changes depend on availability. Final cancellation and refund terms are shown before payment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
Prohibited items
No cash, passports, jewelry, fragile valuables, illegal goods, weapons, dangerous materials, flammables, leaking food, animals or temperature-controlled items.
Loss, damage & uncollected luggage
Do not store fragile or valuable items. Uncollected luggage incurs further charges and is handled under the full storage terms.

We use booking and contact details only to provide storage, payment and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
